Apricot is one of the most tasty summer fruits, with a very beautiful golden orange color , with very low calories.

The apricot is considered particularly rich in vitamin A and contains carbohydrates, pectin, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, beta-carotene, iron, calcium, potassium and almost all other trace elements.

How to consume:

  • They can mainly consumed raw
  • You can make excellent jams, compotes
  • In fruit and green salads, juices
