Crumble with peach, nectarine and cherry
Ingredients:
- 250 gr peaches
- 250 gr Nectarines
- 250 gr cherries
- 1 tb sp corn flour
- 125 gr butter
- 120 gr brown sugar
- vanilla
- 1 small spoon cinammon
- 150 gr flour
- 1 tb sp oats
- 50 gr ground almond
Recipe:
- Wash the fruits, remove the stones, chop them and mix them with the corn flour.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Mix the ingredients for the dough with your hands or with the mixer and make the crumble.
- Butter a 22 cm tin and pour the fruit inside.
- Distribute the crumble evenly and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
- Serve plain or with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

Quinoa salad with plum and grape
Ingredient
- 100 gr kinoa
- 100 gr baby spinach or lettuce
- 100 gr grapes
- 100 gr δαμάσκηνα
- 50 gr soft feta cheese
- 1 avocado
- Various herbs such as basil, dill, thyme
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
Recipe
- Wash the Quinoa well.
- Boil water in a small pot, add the Quinoa and let it simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes. You strain her. Wash the rest of the ingredients, remove the seeds and chop the herbs, fruit, avocado and feta.
- Place all the ingredients in a deep bowl, pour the dressing over them and mix well.
